最好的钟 serves as Managing Director, Head of Talent Management and 多样性, Equity and 包容 (DEI) at 存. In this role, Keisha is responsible for acquiring and retaining talent and developing 存’s next generation of leaders. She partners with business leaders to leverage employees to achieve strong business outcomes, focus on talent growth and mobility and to ensure DEI principles are fully integrated into the firm’s workplace 实践.

Keisha has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry across several sectors, including broker/dealer operations, technology transformation, program management and business analysis. Prior to this role, she served as Managing Director of 存’s Risk Management Reporting, Governance, Analysis and Program Management 集团. She successfully led the firm’s Board and Management Risk Committees, regulatory, audit and compliance reporting, management control testing and program management of the Financial and Technology Risk initiatives. She previously was a member of 存’s Global 多样性 and 包容 Council and is a founding leader of the firm’s LGBTQA professional network. She currently serves on the advisory council of The Alliance and on the Board of Directors of the New York City Anti-Violence Project. Additionally, Keisha also leads 存’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.

Prior to 存, Keisha worked for Seligman Funds and Park Avenue Securities. 她有 been recognized for a number of awards, including the 多样性 Woman Elite 100 list, as published by 多样性 Woman magazine, 2021 World Federation of Exchanges 女性 Leaders List and the 2020 OUTstanding LGBT+ Role Models - Top LGBT Executives.
